不知为何妈妈的右脚有一部份陷进去。敲到？没印象。也没有痛。唉。

Skin Allergy

I have skin allergy problem since last year. Already 1 year, it is still not recover yet. I have the medicine and antibiotic from doctor. My skin will recover for a month and then after that, allergy comes back.

Allergy mostly appears on my chin, nose and mouth area. I read the article from Internet and they say mostly cause by hormone not balance.

How I can boost up my immune system? I have already a vegan and have fruits and vegetables mostly.

And I do tried to be calm and avoid any conflict which can make my mood up and down so frequently.

I really need help on this..

Tomyam noodles

I hardly eat spicy food nowadays. This is because my skin allergy problem. I tried to avoid spicy and fried food. Even through it does not help much on recovering my skin back to normal. But based on many news, fried and spicy food are not good to skin.

Today, I really feel like eating due to the smell of the tomyam is too good. I have been very long time did not have it. Indeed, the tomyam noodles really yummy.

Now, I think I need to drink much water to let the body cold down and release the heat in the body. And I need to eat more fruits to balance up.

Picking up rubbish in 3am

It was 3am. Dogs barked loudly. We thought what was happening and found that the rubbish truck was coming to pick up the rubbish. I wonder why the rubbish truck needs to come in this hour. Everyone is sleeping and for sure the dogs will bark and make everyone awake. I wonder why they do not want to come later in late morning, or noon time.

Oh My, I did not really sleep since 3am and I need to wake up 530am to prepare to go office. After 4am, silent again. But too bad, I cannot sleep anymore.

Giant voucher

Today is the first time for me getting giant voucher. Giant hardly gives out vouchers.

Furthermore, there are 5% store wide sales. For baby stuffs such as baby food, baby milk, baby diapers and baby toiletries, purchase up to Rm150 will get Rm10 giant vouchers.

Today is really a very good deals which giant hardly will give sales actually. The sales is only for today. We are considered lucky to see the deals today.

We bought baby milk, baby puffs, and baby wipes. All these already cost us Rm170. That's why we manage to get the rm10 giant vouchers.

Miss you, my father

My father passed away 2 weeks ago due to serious stroke which caused the damage of the brain. He was in ICU just for 4 days. 

Life is fragile. Everything can be happened just in a sudden. Life is so unpredictable. I learn to be grateful and thankful every day. I treasure the people around me every day.

This is truly a time where my faith is being tested. It has not been easy to accept the sudden death of my father. Anyway, we are sure that he is in a much better place to start his new life in another world.

On behalf of my family, I thank you all for supports and helps as well as the bereavement contributions from relatives and friends.

At last, my father, we will miss you always~

Welcome me again to Blogging world

I used to blog a lot many years ago.

I stop it after few years since the arrival of my son due to busy working and parenting life.

I did maintain 2 of my Chinese blogs.

But, I think I wanted to start my English blog again.

Getting to start all over again by updating the blogs every week, seems a challenge to myself. I think soon, it will be a habit again just like what I did many years ago.
